Privacy notice
This notice is incomplete. It describes what the website does and nothing more. ieProp still has to confirm its retention periods, its information officer and its PAIA manual before launch.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. Where you send an enquiry from a listing, we also record which listing it was.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry. We do not use these details for marketing, and we do not pass them to anyone outside ieProp.
What we store
Submissions are written to a database on our own server before any notification email is sent, together with the time, the page you sent it from, your browser's user agent and your IP address. The IP address is kept because it is what stops the form being used to send bulk mail.
What we do not do
This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party scripts on page load. The property walkthrough video is hosted on YouTube and is only requested once you press play. The one thing we do store on your device is the record of your own answer to the cookie banner, which is what stops it asking again on every page — thecookie noticesets that out in full.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@ieprop.com and we will act on it.
