Frequently asked questions
How we price, how we market, how often you will hear from us, and where we work.
How do I start selling with ieProp?
Book a valuation.
We will meet you at the property, review the local market and give you a recommended pricing and launch approach.
There is no obligation to appoint us simply because we valued the property.
Do I have to give ieProp a sole mandate?
No.
We will explain the available appointment options clearly.
Our full premium marketing model is designed around a sole mandate because one accountable team can control the pricing, presentation, follow-up and reporting process from start to finish.
How quickly do you respond to buyer enquiries?
During business hours, our operating target is to respond to new property enquiries within 30 minutes.
More complex queries may take longer to resolve fully, but they should not disappear into an inbox.
How often will I hear from ieProp after my property is listed?
Sellers receive a written weekly report covering activity, feedback and our recommended next steps.
Important offers, pricing signals or transaction issues are communicated as they arise rather than waiting for the weekly report.
Do you use professional photography?
Yes.
Professional photography is part of the standard ieProp sole-mandate listing process.
Selected properties may also use video or additional digital content where it will improve the marketing outcome.
How quickly will my listing go live?
Once the mandate, required property information and photography are complete, our target is to have the approved listing live within 72 hours.
Do you work outside Pretoria East?
Yes, selectively.
Pretoria East is our core market.
We also work into Centurion, operate through a local partner in Nelspruit / Mbombela, and represent selected Garden Route opportunities to Gauteng buyers.
Where we are not the right agency for a property, we will say so.
Can you help me buy on the Garden Route if I am selling in Gauteng?
Yes.
That is one of the most natural cross-market conversations for ieProp.
We can help you coordinate the property side of a move from Gauteng to the Garden Route and connect your sale and purchase planning more intelligently.
Does ieProp give legal or financial advice?
ieProp is a property business.
Because we are part of Ingenious Group, there is broader professional capability around the business when property intersects with legal, structuring, corporate or financial matters.
Where separate professional advice is needed, it is handled as a separate professional engagement.
Can I register as a buyer even if you do not currently have the right property?
Yes.
Tell us what you are looking for and we will add your requirements to our buyer register.
When a matching ieProp opportunity enters the pipeline, we can contact you.
I am an estate agent. Can I join ieProp?
Yes, if there is a fit.
We are looking for organised, responsive people who want to work inside a system and build a productive property career.
I run a local property business. Can I partner with ieProp?
Possibly.
We grow selectively through local operators where there is a strong market case and a person who can deliver the ieProp standard locally.
Still deciding what to do?
A valuation is the cheapest way to find out where you stand. There is no obligation to appoint us because we valued the property.
